As some of you may know, I was married for 23 years and after a long struggle it finally ended in a painful separation.
​
For years I tried to manage my crazy mood swings, my anger outbursts and my lack of intimacy with my husband. I desperately tried "everything" to feel like myself again and save my relation.
Praying, Exercise, Yoga, Meditation. Doctors, Naturopaths, Psychotherapists, even alternative methods like Family Constellations, Reiki, and Tapping. Nothing worked and I just felt more stressed, guilty, ashamed and worried as I watched my marriage crumble.
I didn’t have the tools nor the knowledge on how to support and balance my hormones to feel calm, balanced, peaceful, grateful. Not to say happy, driven, empowered and even sexy. But now I do. I’ve been studying all about how to support my health and hormones in natural and sustainable ways.
I don’t want you to strive any more. I don't want you to negatively affect all other areas of your life because of how you feel. I don’t want you to push away somebody you love because of your hormonal rollercoaster. I don’t want more women to go through this pain.

Today, my purpose is to take all my lessons, my studies, and proven strategies and methods, to share with you. How you too, can thrive and not strive in menopause and even make this the greatest time of your life.
